Regular in this hotel. Friendly staff and is one of the nicest with great amenities around like Aeon Mal a 2mins walk and Joe kitchen. Air-conditioning works fine and the rooms are spacious.

沒有吹風機和拖鞋。一次性的牙膏牙刷浴帽都有，空調都沒有問題，感覺設施比較老舊。 但是晚上根本無法入睡，12點開始到半夜3點4點，摩託車在外面賽車，巨大聲根本無法入睡！！！離吉隆坡國際機場比較近，打車很方便，早上6點打車也容易

The room is generally clean and functional, providing basic necessities, and male staff are friendly, female not so much. However, the hotel shows its age with dated decor and some wear. Amenities are limited too.

Housekeeping sangat bagus... Bersih bilik... Stay 2 hari, dia makeup room.. Good job... Cuma front office muka ketat je.. tk SENYUM pun, padahal hanya duduk sahaja. Ringan2 kan mulut, ucap welcome... Ni pemalas... Kami kena cari dia sbb kaunter lebih tinggi sbb staff asyik duduk..

Sy booking bilik 2 katil queen, tapi dpt 1 katil queen 1 katil single. Bila bgthu kat staff, dia kata kami terpaksa tukar sbb bilik lain dah penuh. Masalahnya sy booking lama dah kot, masa booking elok pulak ada, kalau mmg dah penuh sepatutnya masa booking xleb pilih dah bilik tu. Pastu harga bilik sama je, tak bagi kurangkan harga pun. Pastu ada sampah bawah katil. Plug utk charge ada yg tak berfungsi. Nak charge phone kena gilir ii. Servis dan bilik yg sy dpt tak sepadan dgn harga yg sy bayar

Lokasi tempat strategik sebab berhampiran dengan tempat-tempat utama dan tumpuan. Pencahayaan dalam bilik amat teruk. Tiada lampu di area ruang utama bilik dan keluasan bilik pun agak sempit dan kurang selesa. Proses check in lambat, hanya ada seorang staf bertugas di kaunter dan urusan pun lambat kerana kurang mahir. Perlu ada penambahbaikan perkhidmatan di kaunter. Terima kasih.
